COMPREHENSIVE A/C CLEAN AND CHECK CONSISTS OF:

* Test system at the thermostat
* Inspect filters and test airflow
* Measure temperature delta across evaporator coil
* Inspect the evaporator coil (indoor coil)
* Inspect/flush the condensate drain line
* Perform non-invasive refrigerant charge analysis
* Calculate system efficiency/capacity
* Inspect electrical wiring and connections
* Test dual run capacitor
* Test 240v contactor
* Test compressor windings
* Measure power factor of compressor and condenser fan motor
* Wash the condenser coil (outdoor coil)
* Inspect/clean the outdoor fan blades
* Clean interior/exterior of condenser body/pan
* Reassemble and test system operation again
* Provide full report to the client

Any potential recommendations for preventative repair or additional services will be quoted with no obligation to proceed.

Over time this desire became closer to reality as Randy launched the FixMyHeat brand on YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter, while he studied for and obtained his Michigan mechanical licenses for Boilers, HVAC Equipment,  Heating Service, and Cooling Service.

Now we serve Davison, Lapeer, Goodrich, Oxford, Clarkston, Lake Orion, Waterford, and the surrounding areas with high-quality and affordable services.
